Comprising 10 townhouses and two full level apartments over a garage and commercial space, the Sugarland development was an ambitious project that aimed to set a new bar for quality residential living. Proximity to amenities, within a stones throw to the Birkenhead shops, library and cafes, were as central to the concept of comfortable living as the tailored, light-filled home interiors.
Using timeless but low maintenance materials, these properties have been designed to be an enduring and refined addition to the local community while also minimising upkeep and maintenance for the owners. Considerate of the surrounding scale the townhouses and apartments offer security, community and privacy. The design-led architectural solution was carefully designed for the sun to make every home feel light, airy and welcoming while thoughtful options like rooftop spas, generous decks and oversize windows make everyday a bit more luxurious.
