(Hinemoa Townhouses)

Hinemoa Street Townhouses is a composed trio of residences within the heritage fabric of Birkenhead Point. Developed by Artifact with internal design direction, the project translates gabled typologies into a contemporary architectural register.

Each dwelling is calibrated to site and outlook, balancing elevation with privacy. Plans are organised across three levels, accommodating layered domestic use without excess, with the top floor living spaces maximising the expansive roof pitch and harbour views.

Low maintenance and handy to local amenities, this project aims to be a new landmark in the area. A domestic typology refined through reduction.
